Winter waste prevention tip! What to do with those annoying orange peels?

Do your orange peels usually end up in the bin? We have a "low waste" tip: soak your orange peels in vinegar essence and leave them for 2-3 weeks. You will see how the vinegar slowly takes on an orange colour and smells more and more like an orange. After two weeks, filter out the orange peel and pour the vinegar into an old cleaning bottle. Fill the rest of the bottle with tap water and voilà - your very own orange vinegar all-purpose cleaner.

You will need:

- Orange peel without pulp

- Essence of vinegar

- A mason jar

- Empty cleaning bottle
