BUND Leipzig

Preserve nature - protect the environment

BUND (Friends of the Earth Germany) is a non-profit, non-partisan and non-confessional federal grassroots NGO with more than 500,000 members and supporters. Donations and membership fees make up almost 80 per cent of BUND’s revenue and ensure its political independence.

Who we are

The regional group Leipzig is involved in working on environment and nature protection in and around Leipzig since 2009. We are a group of dedicated volunteers and we invite you to take a tour through our website, where you find selected information in English.

See here our associations board as well as our office team.

How to communicate?

Please note: not everybody, but some of us speak English, some also speak French or/and another language - and of course, German. Even if you start learning German, please do not hesitate to contact us. Following the principle: Communication is more than language, we are looking forward to welcoming you.
